Kaze Wong successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis “Building new tools for gravitational wave astronomy” on Wednesday, June 23. He will soon start a postdoctoral appointment at the Flatiron Institute Center for Computational Astrophysics in New York. To celebrate, we had a pizza and pineapple party. Pizza and pineapple were eaten separately. The kids liked them both.
