Veome Kapil successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis “Turning the Tide on Binary Population Synthesis for Next-generation Gravitational Wave Astronomy” on Monday, May 18. He will soon start a fancy job at Meta.

I was very happy with the poster's "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom" theme. "It's dangerous to go alone, Veome! Take this." (If you are not a video game nerd, you may not get this. Sorry.)
