ATP7B research

  • A P-type ATPase database
The P-type ATPase database was launched as part of a project performed at the TRAP-Lab, Department of Plant Biology, The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • GeneAtlas ATP7b record
  • GeneCard for gene ATP7B
GeneCards™ is a database of human genes, their products and their involvement in diseases. It was developed at the Crown Human Genome Center & Weizmann Institute of Science.
  • GeneDis Website for Wilson's Disease
The GeneDis web site for Wilson's disease includes the wild type primary sequences of the ATP7B gene and protein. Known mutations are incorporated in the gene and in the protein sequences using hyperlinks. Users can compare ATP7B DNA or protein sequences to the wild type hyperlinked sequences present in GeneDis.
  • LocusLink ATP7b record
LocusLink provides a single query interface to curated sequence and descriptive information about genetic loci. It presents information on official nomenclature, aliases, sequence accessions, phenotypes, EC numbers, MIM numbers, UniGene clusters, homology, map locations, and related web sites.
  • OMIM ATP7b record
ATP7B record in the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man database. OMIM is a catalog of human genes and genetic disorders.
