Photography Blog

When the Covid pandemic started it put a large crimp in our ability to gather and to take some of the trips that we had planned. Shirley and I started taking short drives to locations in and around Maryland to locations where there would not be many people. These trips became photographic opportunities that were safe to take part in during the pandemic. I decided to turn these little trips into a photo blog entitled "Photography in the time of a Pandemic"




Landscape Photography Workshops

Over the past several years I have participated in landscape photography workshops conducted by Andy Cook of Rocky Mountain Reflections Photography. Some of the results are shown in the collections below.











Washington Photo Safari

In June, 2014 I participated in a photo workshop called "Afternoon Light in Annapolis MD" run by Stephen Rosenbach. In October, 2015 I participated in a photo workshop called "Monuments at Night" run by E. David Luria. In July, 2017 I participated in a photo workshop called "National Airport" run by E. David Luria. In February, 2018 I attended a photo workshop at the National Cathedral in Washington DC. See Washington Photo Safari. My photos from the workshops are in the collections below.
